Residential Prices

Our pricing for Residential EICR Certificates is based on the size of property and the number of electrical circuits the property contains.

• Studio Flat – £130.00
• 1 Bedroom Flat/House – £140.00
• 2 Bedroom Flat/House – £150.00
• 3 Bedroom Flat/House – £160.00
• 4 Bedroom Flat/House – £170.00

Book to have the PAT Testing carried out at the same time and receive £10.00 off our PAT Testing packages.

Note – The prices listed includes up to 8 circuits tested per property. Additional circuits will be charged at £15.00 per circuit and additional consumer units will be charged at £10.00 each.. Prices do not include VAT.

Additional savings apply when an EICR is booked together with PAT Testing and/or Emergency Lighting Testing.

Emergency Lighting Testing starts from £130.00. This is for up to 10 luminaires and includes:

• • • 3 hours Emergency Lighting Test
    • Lighting Level Assessment (when Photometric data is not available)
    • Inspection of Emergency Lighting Luminaire lamps and batteries
    • Cleaning of Emergency Lighting Luminaires
    • Inspection of Emergency Signage
    • Maintaining Emergency Lighting Log Book
    • Emergency Lighting Test Certificate

Additional savings apply when Emergency Lighting Testing is booked together with PAT Testing and/or EICR.

Our competitive rates for electrical services start at £130.00 + VAT. This includes the first hour of labour, additional time is charged at £30.00 + VAT per 30 minutes.

We offer 3 packages for our London customers:

• Small London PAT Testing Package
  Includes up to 5 items PAT tested for only £54.00
  Additional items are charged at £1.80 per test
  – Ideal for landlords, musicians and tradeshow exhibitors

• Medium London PAT Testing Package
  Includes up to 20 items PAT tested for only £69.00
  Additional items are charged at £1.30 per test
  – Ideal for landlords, small businesses and mobile DJs

• Large London PAT Testing Package
  Includes up to 50 items PAT tested for only £99.00
  Additional items are charged at £0.85 per test
  – For larger businesses or HMO Properties
